The Durable Option.
Our tables are durable and strong. They are built from heart-cut lumber that is dense and flexible.
Our rental picnic tables are built to withstand even the most enthusiastic event guests — as long as the table is being used for what it’s intended it will generally sustain weight in excess of that which we suggest. They are stained and varnished for easy clean-up and additional fortification from liquids and cleaners
Cleaning.
Our rental picnic tables are provided clean and ready to use.
We charge an $85 per 7 tables cleaning fee. We know messes happen, and that breaking down an event is hard work. While we ask that tables be returned in the same condition and state that they were delivered we still sanitize every table before it returns to storage. This is why we charge a nominal cleaning fee — for sanitation.
If significant messes must be cleaned, we’re talking tops covered in ketchup and food stuck between the boards, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $85/hour. By reserving and renting our tables we consider this clause acknowledged.
If something happens… we’re reasonable!
Minor wear including small scrapes and such are expected and repaired once the table has been retrieved at no additional cost.
Our goal is to pick your tables up with no surprises and leave you a happy customer who may return again. This said; Abuse, paint/stain, or severe damage requiring boards or frame pieces be replaced, at our discretion, will incur additional charge at a cost of $85/hour plus materials.
Umbrellas returned broken beyond our ability to repair will incur an at-cost replacement fee ($126.00).
Games returned with broken or missing pieces will incur an at-cost replacement fee.
