Delivery Policy

Minimum 4 table rental for listed delivery rates.

Delivery cost includes drop-off and pick-up.

Standard delivery is up to 50 linear feet from where we can drive our truck and trailer. Extra-ordinary delivery needs are negotiable but not included with a standard rate.

When scheduling your drop-off and pick-up please let us know if the table can arrive a day early and/or be retrieved a day later.

Extra-Ordinary Delivery Needs may include;

Deliveries to interior spaces or Roof-tops
Deliveries that require the table traverse more than 3 stairs
Deliveries/Retrievals Earlier than 10AM, Later than 6PM

Damage & Cleaning Policy

The Durable Option.

Our tables are durable and strong. They are built from heart-cut lumber that is dense and flexible.

Our rental picnic tables are built to withstand even the most enthusiastic event guests — as long as the table is being used for what it’s intended it will generally sustain weight in excess of that which we suggest. They are stained and varnished for easy clean-up and additional fortification from liquids and cleaners

Cleaning.

Our rental picnic tables are provided clean and ready to use.

At the conclusion of your event it is expected that the tables will be returned in the same general state they were delivered. If cleaning is required; our hourly rate is $85/hour.

If something happens… we’re reasonable!

Minor wear including small scrapes and such are expected and repaired once the table has been retrieved at no additional cost.

Our goal is to pick your tables up with no surprises and leave you a happy customer who may return again. This said; Abuse, paint/stain, or severe damage requiring boards or frame pieces be replaced, at our discretion, will incur additional charge at a cost of $85/hour plus materials.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit will be required for all rental bookings.
Failure to pay the deposit within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon by email, will result in a cancellation.
We accept cheques from Businesses and Institutions only. If you would like to pay by cheque please inquire if your order is eligible.
We accept Direct Deposit
With apologies, we can only accept credit cards through PayPal with a 5% Transaction Fee
If a table is stolen or lost during rental the renter shall be solely responsible for it’s replacement at our listed price.
