Payment Policy

Our preferred payment method is Cash.
Payment is due upon Pick-up or Delivery.
We cannot accept e-transfers at the time of delivery or pick-up. If paying by E-transfer the payment must be made in advance.
We accept cheques from Businesses and Institutions only. If you would like to pay by cheque please inquire if your order is eligible.
We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Delivery Policy

We are experienced in moving the tables on our own and are unlikely to require assistance for deliveries.

All deliveries are currently restricted to front and back yards — we do not generally move tables into your home or other indoor spaces. If you require special assistance to place your table please inquire ahead of your delivery.

We book all single table deliveries on Sundays. Pick-ups are booked mornings through the week and weekend. Large commercial deliveries can be booked for weekdays.

With apologies; we do not deliver to decks or patios up/down flights of stairs. We’ll get it right into your yard, or to your staircase.

A second table delivered to the same location is eligible for a $25 discount. Please review our payment policy for additional information.

Pick-up Policy

COVID-19 Protocols
Due to the ongoing pandemic we ask that you observe social distancing during your pick-up. Appropriate face-coverings (masks) are required on our property at all times. Sorry, absolutely no exceptions.

Once you have been notified of your table’s completion we can hold/store your table for one week. Please advise at that time if you need more time to arrange your pick-up. We have limited storage space in peek season so we require tables be picked up promptly, thank you for understanding!
Our preferred payment method is Cash.
Payment is due upon Pick-up.
We do not accept e-transfers at the time of pick-up. However, there is a cash machine close by at a Co-Op Gas Station.

If you have a question about your table after pickup or delivery please contact us.

We endeavor to build each and every one of our tables as if we were building it for our own family. If you find a defect in workmanship please let us know so we can correct the issue. There are a few things we cannot warranty however if you reach out to us we’d be happy to try and help you find a solution, these things include; Damage from extreme or severe weather such as hail, flood, fire, tornado, extreme heat, or misuse, graffiti or abuse.

Care for your Table

Caring for your table is easy; it’s a picnic table! It’s durable and meant to live outside.

With this said, you can extend the life of your finish up to 30% by following some simple care instructions. Although your table is hydrophobic (water resistant) it is the mechanical action of rain falling at near 90 degrees through our wet Island winters which can prematurely wear your finish. Though your finish is water repellent, the impact adds up over time and can dull or penetrate your finish over a number of years. We recommend covering your table, or turning it up on it’s side (against a fence or your home, for example), through the wettest months to extend the life of your finish. But, at the end of the day we know it’s a picnic table. It will stand strong for many years to come if the finish is protected, or not.
